Directions
From the Capital Beltway, I-495:
Take Exit 54, Braddock Road, Route 620 west. Follow Braddock Road for approximately 7 miles to Route 123, Ox Road. Turn right onto Route 123 north. Travel one block and turn right onto University Drive. Cross Armstrong Street to Commerce Building, 4085 University Drive, the first office building on the right. Turn right into the parking lot. Visitor parking is to the right.
From I-66:
Take Exit 60, Route 123 south, Fairfax, Chainbridge Road. Follow Route 123 south into Fairfax. Turn left at Route 236, Main Street. Get into the far right lane of this one-way street. Travel one block and turn right onto University Drive. Go to Commerce Building at 4085 University Drive, next to the fire station. Turn left into the Commerce Building parking lot. Visitor parking is to the right.
From Richmond or Fredericksburg:
Follow I-95 north to Exit 160, Route 123, Occoquan. Follow Route 123 north approximately 15 miles. One block past Braddock Road, turn right onto University Drive. Cross Armstrong Street to Commerce Building, 4085 University Drive, the first office building on the right. Turn right into the parking lot. Visitor parking is to the right.
From Route 50:
Follow Route 50 to Route 123, Ox Road intersection. Follow Route 123 south into Fairfax. Turn left at Route 236, Main Street. Get into the far right lane of this one-way street. Travel one block and turn right onto University Drive. Go to Commerce Building, 4085 University Drive, next to the fire station. Turn left into the Commerce Building parking lot. Visitor parking is to the right.
Via Metro:
The Commerce Building may be reached by the Cue bus, which stops at Fairfax City Metro Bus stops and at the north parking area of Vienna Metro Rail station. Get off the Cue bus at University Drive and Armstrong Street. The Commerce Building is next to the fire station, 4085 University Drive.
